Open one packet of Sun Noodle Ramen noodles and follow the cooking instructions on the package.
While the noodles are cooking, in a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and set aside.
After the noodles are finished cooking, strain and place into oven-safe dish. Garnish the noodles with egg, asparagus, mushrooms, bell pepper and leeks. After all the toppings are added, drizzle the prepared sauce over the noodles.
Bake the noodles for 5-6 minutes or until vegetables are fully cooked
Remove from oven and serve immediately. Slurp and enjoy!
