Los Angeles, CA (February 2026) — Sun Noodle®, the global leader in fresh noodles, is bringing its new High‑Fiber Yakisoba line to Natural Products Expo West 2026. It’s a better-for-you take on the beloved Japanese stir-fry noodles (yakisoba). Available in three flavors — Original, Sesame, and Soy Ginger — the lineup delivers 12g of fiber and 12g of protein per serving with the brand’s signature fresh‑noodle texture and clean ingredients without preservatives, slated for availability by Q3 2026.

“Our customer’s feedback was clear: they want global flavors, clean ingredients, and functional nutrition in one place,” said Kenshiro Uki, President of Sun Noodle North America. “High‑Fiber Yakisoba answers that need. Bold sauces, fresh noodles, high fiber, and protein without complicating the cooking experience. It’s a modern evolution of comfort food we are proud to introduce.”

At Expo West(North Hall, Booth 848), Sun Noodle will feature the line through tastings, packaging displays, and product education for retailers, partners, and media. Each kit includes two servings of fresh, never‑dried noodles paired with a chef‑developed sauce, delivering over 40% of daily fiber per serving. Original features a sweet‑savory soy sauce flavor; Sesame provides smooth, nutty umami; and Soy Ginger delivers a bright, sweet‑tangy profile. Each variety is preservative‑free and ready in minutes with a simple stir‑fry.
