Directions:
In a pan over medium-high heat, add the oil and stir-fry the cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts until they are soft.
Next, add the yakisoba noodles to the pan and pour in the water. Gently loosen the noodle strands as the water evaporates.
Add the yakisoba sauce and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
Finally, carefully transfer the noodles to a serving plate and garnish with your favorite toppings.
