Garlic Noodle

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, water, and brown sugar. Mix well until the brown sugar dissolves.
  2. Next, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add butter, olive oil, and minced garlic. Stir-fry the garlic until it becomes fragrant.
  3. Then, add the sauce and Yakisoba noodles to the pan, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Carefully plate the noodles on a serving dish and enjoy!
