Miso Curry Ramen

An unexpected twist on a classic favorite, our curry miso ramen will hit all your umami cravings.

Ingredients

1 Sun Noodle miso ramen kit

1 clove diced garlic

3-4 pieces sliced mushroom

1/4 sliced onion

1-2 links sliced Italian sausage

1/4 cup bean sprouts

1 block Japanese curry mix

Parmesan cheese for garnish

Directions

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and stir fry garlic, sausage, and vegetables on medium heat until sausage is cooled through.
Add 1 1/2 cup water.
Add block of curry and miso soup packet. Mix well to dissolve and simmer while preparing the noodles.
Cook noodles according to instructions on the package. Drain and put in serving bowl.
Pour soup over the cooked noodles and garnish with parmesan cheese.
