Ingredients
1 portion of Sun Noodle’s Miso Ramen Kit
½ cup Maya Kaimal’s Butternut Curry
1 tbsp Maya Kaimal’s Chili Crisp (adjust to taste)
2 baby bok choy, halved
½ cup mushrooms, sliced
1 soft-boiled egg, quartered
thin slices of jalapeño (to taste)
1 tbsp oil (for cooking)
Cooking Directions
Char the bok choy until slightly blackened and stir-fry the mushrooms until tender, then set aside.
In a medium pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil and cook Sun Noodle’s ramen for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and stir in the Miso Soup base concentrate and ½ cup of Maya Kaimal’s Butternut Curry. Mix until well combined.
Place the noodles into a serving bowl and pour the hot butternut curry miso broth over them.
Top with bok choy, mushrooms, and a soft-boiled egg. Garnish with sliced jalapeños and drizzle with Maya Kaimal’s Chili Crisp for extra heat and flavor.
