Boil 2 ½ cups of water and cook one portion of the noodles for 1 minute. Carefully remove the cooked noodles and transfer to a serving bowl.
Beat one egg and gently pour it into the pot of remaining water in a circular motion. Allow the eggs to cook for at least 30 seconds without stirring. Turn off the heat. Add and stir in one packet of soup base until completely dissolved.
Pour the soup over the noodles in the serving bowl and we recommend garnishing with green onions, bamboo shoots, shitake mushrooms, and chili oil. Slurp and enjoy!
