Miso ramen was first created in Sapporo, a Japanese city known for cold, snowy winters. So naturally it seems fitting that this hearty and bold flavored bowl of ramen would become a savory favorite amongst locals–and now a favorite found in restaurants and homes around the globe.
Hungry?
Boil 4 cups of water, add 2 fluffed noodle packs, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Warm the vegan crumble by placing the bag in warm tap water until soft.
Turn off stove and remove pot from heat. Add pack of the liquid soup base and stir with a nice lil’ rhythm until the soup is evenly mixed.
Pour the perfectly cooked noodles and soup into bowls. Garnish with vegan crumble, seaweed, and your favorite toppings.
