How to cook

Step 1 of how to cook

Boil noodles in approximately 10 cups of water for 6 minutes. Stir noodles occasionally to prevent them from sticking together. Drain hot water and rinse noodles with cold water. Drain the remaining cold water from the noodles.

Step 2 of how to cook

Mix 1 packet of Tsukemen sauce with ½ cup (approximately 120cc) of hot water in a small, dipping bowl. For extra flavor, add fish powder. Place noodles in another bowl and garnish with desired toppings (Chashu, boiled egg, bamboo shoots, and green onions.

Step 3 of how to cook

To enjoy Tsukemen, dip cold noodles into hot Tsukemen sauce (Do not let noodles soak into the Tsukemen sauce). Slurp and enjoy!
