Ramen

Kaedama

Behind the flavor

At ramen restaurants, kaedama is simply known as the perfect way to enjoy a little more ramen, so your bowl is never empty, "kae"=additional "dama"=portion. Now you can enjoy these noodles at home with your favorite soup or whatever way you enjoy your ramen.

Good occasions for extra noodles:

  • Leftover broth in need of extra noodles.
  • Feeling a little extra hungry today.
  • Haven’t quite finished that beverage so may as well add some more noodles.
