Vegan Miso Ramen

Originating from Hokkaido, our vegan Miso Ramen features our rich miso-based broth paired with our medium-thick wavy noodles, providing a satisfying chewiness. Toppings such as cabbage, corn, and bean sprouts complete the savory dish.

Directions:

  1. Heat a wok over high heat and add sesame oil. Sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add miso soup base, cabbage, bean sprouts, corn, and green onions. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender but crisp.
  3. Pour in 12 oz. of warm water and bring to a boil.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and transfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Pour the hot soup over the noodles and top with the vegetables. Enjoy!
