Directions:
Heat a wok over high heat and add sesame oil. Sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Add miso soup base, cabbage, bean sprouts, corn, and green onions. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender but crisp.
Pour in 12 oz. of warm water and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and transfer to a serving bowl.
Pour the hot soup over the noodles and top with the vegetables. Enjoy!
