Preparing Ground Pork
In a pan over medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Stir in ground pork, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sugar, garlic, and oyster sauce, and cook until the pork is browned. Keep warm until ready to serve.
Preparing Soup
In a blender, combine water, soy milk, miso soup base, and chicken bouillon, then blend until smooth. Keep the soup chilled in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Assemble
In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles for 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 2 minutes, then drain them.
Rinse the noodles in ice-cold water, and once drained, transfer them to a serving bowl.
