Lemon Shio Hiyashi Ramen

Ingredients:
- Sun Noodle Shio Ramen kit
- 1 package of noodles and soup base
- 1 Lemon; 1/2 juiced and 1/2 thinly sliced
- 6 pieces of thinly sliced cooked pork (we recommend using shabu-shabu meat)
- 1 cup of cold water
- Grated Daikon, as needed
- Green Onions, as needed
- Roasted Sesame Seeds, as needed
- Ice, as needed
- Prepare the noodles according to the package directions.
- While cooking noodles, add soup base, cold water, ice and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
- After the noodles are done cooking, blanch in ice water, drain and add to the soup.
- Garnish with pork, grated daikon, lemon slices, green onions, sesame seeds, and more ice, if needed.
- Slurp and enjoy!
