Lemon Shio Hiyashi Ramen

- Sun Noodle Shio Ramen kit
- 1 package of noodles and soup base
- 1 Lemon; 1/2 juiced and 1/2 thinly sliced
- 6 pieces of thinly sliced cooked pork (we recommend using shabu-shabu meat)
- 1 cup of cold water
- Grated Daikon, as needed
- Green Onions, as needed
- Roasted Sesame Seeds, as needed
- Ice, as needed

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the package directions.
  2. While cooking noodles, add soup base, cold water, ice and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
  3. After the noodles are done cooking, blanch in ice water, drain and add to the soup.
  4. Garnish with pork, grated daikon, lemon slices, green onions, sesame seeds, and more ice, if needed.
  5. Slurp and enjoy!
