Garlic Butter Mushroom Mazemen


- 1 Sun Noodle Mazemen kit
- 1/4 cup Shimeji mushroom
- 1/4 cup Maitake mushroom
- 1/4 cup King Oyster mushroom
- 4 tbsp Shitake mushroom
- 2-3 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Scallion sliced
- Nori


  1. Heat fry pan on medium high heat and add butter
  2. Once butter has melted, add garlic and mushroom. Cook until tender and lightly browned
  3. In the meantime, cook Mazemen noodles according to the packaging directions.
  4. Add noodles and Mazemen sauce in the fry pan and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with nori and scallion.
  6. Slurp and enjoy!
