We are currently in the process of bringing an online store for individuals who do not have access to Sun Noodle products. Please check back on our website soon.
At this time, the Hawaii factory is the only location that is open to the public. Please call the office for more information. Our California and New Jersey facilities do not sell to the public. Please check our store locator to find Sun Noodle retail products near your area.
We highly discourage boiling both the noodles and soup in the same pot.
If you're inquiring about food service (restaurants), please send us a comment or an email and include your full name, phone number, name of the restaurant and an email address.
We would like to speak to you about your needs prior to sending samples. We use FedEx Overnight to send samples if your are located outside our locations, so please have your FedEx number ready when requesting samples. We cannot send samples without a FedEx number.
Our fresh ramen noodles have a shelf life of 2-3 weeks in refrigerator and it will vary depending on storage conditions. Our products must be kept in the refrigerator. If frozen, the shelf life is 1 year.
If the noodles are frozen, we recommend that you defrost the noodles in the refrigerator overnight. After, we recommend that you leave the product at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to cooking in boiling water.

Most of our products are dairy-free. Most of our products contain eggs, however, we do have some products that are egg free.

At this time, we do not offer any Ramen Flights (tasting) or classes. Please visit our website regularly as we will be posting any updates.
At this time, Ramen Lab is not offering consulting services. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to continue this service in the near future.
From time to time, yes, however, due to many factors, we cannot guarantee our participation or collaboration for all requests.
In Hawaii, Sun Noodle works with charitable organizations to mentor students. We have collaborated with organizations for fundraising events. In kind donations of our products are determined on case by case basis and by location. Monetary donations may be considered in the future.

We currently do not make recommendations as each ramen restaurant/chef has their own unique recipes and styles of ramen. Our suggestion is to try as many as you can!
