Are you a restaurant?
Sun Noodle is not a restaurant — but we do supply noodles for them! Our noodles and products can be found in restaurants across North America, South America and Europe.
What is Ramen Lab?
Ramen Lab is Sun Noodle’s ramen-ya incubator in New York City. Each month, we feature guest chefs from around the world to share their ramen creations with you. Check out ramen-lab.com for more info, or visit us for a bowl next time you’re in the Nolita neighborhood of NYC.
When I prepare your ramen kits, do I have to cook the noodles separately?
Yes, we recommend cooking our noodles in a separate pot from your broth — not doing so will result in a starchy broth. We highly discourage boiling our noodles in the broth (unless they’re our Wiki Wiki variety, which is made for quick cooking!)

What is the expected shelf life of your noodle product?
Our fresh ramen noodles must be refrigerated. Depending on storage conditions, most of our products have a shelf life of 2–3 weeks in the refrigerator and 1 year in the freezer. Freezing won’t alter the quality of your noodles, as long as you avoid abrupt changes in temperature when thawing.
Should I keep noodles in the refrigerator?
Absolutely — our fresh noodles are perishable and must be refrigerated or frozen.
How do I properly cook noodles that have been frozen?
If your noodles are frozen, we recommend defrosting them in the refrigerator overnight. Once your noodles are thawed, leave them at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to cooking in boiling water.
Are your products gluten free?
We do not sell gluten-free noodles at the moment.
Are your products Kosher/Halal?
At this time, no.
Do your products contain alcohol?

Do your noodles contain egg products?
Most of our products do not contain egg, however, we do have some products that do contain egg (whole and/or egg white powder). If you have any questions about allergens in our products, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you have factory tours?
While we’d love to welcome you to our factory, we do not offer public factory tours at this time. If you are a member of the media, please contact email@example.com for more info.
Do you offer classes/tasting sessions?
At this time, we do not offer any Ramen Flights (tastings) or classes. Please visit our website regularly or follow us on social media for updates.
Do you make donations to nonprofit organizations or other charitable events?
Sun Noodle is proud to work with a number of charitable organizations in Hawaii, California, and New Jersey. In-kind donations of our products are determined on a case-by-case basis and by location. We’d love to hear about your good cause — please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Sun Noodle works with hundreds of amazing ramen restaurants and chefs, each with their own unique recipe and style of cooking. It’s hard to choose just one! Our suggestion is to try as many as you can.

Do you offer training?
While we do not offer official trainings, our sales team would be more than happy to help those who are interested in ramen and would like to learn more about it. We encourage you to contact us for more educational material at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I request samples for my restaurant?
One of our top priorities is making sure our noodles fit the needs of our customers. We would like to speak to you about your needs prior to sending samples, so please reach out! You may complete our wholesale partnership form or email email@example.com. Include your full name, phone number, name of the restaurant and an email address.
We use FedEx Overnight to send samples if you are located outside our delivery area. An account number is required for sending samples via FedEx. We cannot send samples without a FedEx account number.
Do you do collaboration events or pop-ups with restaurants?
We enjoy collaborating with our F&B partners whenever possible; however, due to many factors, we cannot guarantee our participation or collaboration for all requests. We encourage you to inquire with our staff at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where can I purchase Sun Noodle products?
Check our store locator for our growing list of retail suppliers. Our retail products are generally carried by Asian supermarkets throughout the lower 48 states and Hawaii. We’re also available in select Whole Foods and Wegmans stores in the New York tri-state region.
I don't own a restaurant. Can I purchase noodles from Sun Noodle factories directly?
Currently, our Hawaii facility is the only location that is open to the public. Please call that facility directly at (808) 841-5808 for more information.
Our California and New Jersey facilities do not sell directly to the public. Please check our store locator to find Sun Noodle retail products near your area.
