SUMMARY
The Delivery Driver position is part of the logistics team as well as the customer service team. Sun Noodle Drivers are the first point of contact to all customers and therefore expected to smile, be courteous and always friendly. The majority of work will be to check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner while working as part of a team. In addition, the Driver supports the company by performing other workstation duties as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The following responsibilities are in addition to the rules of conduct and house rules contained in the driver regulations manual of SUN NOODLE. All employees are expected to govern their activities and behavior by the rules of conduct in their relations with the company, fellow employees, supervisors, and customers. Duties Before and During the Work Shift
  • Arriving at the office at least five (5) minutes prior to all meetings
  • Conducting daily pre-inspections of assigned vehicles
  • Checking orders to be delivered for the day; calculating products to be packed, palletized and/or delivered
  • Packing product merchandise, load into vehicle and check to ensure that sales invoices match merchandise and customer information
  • (HI) Picking up empty Company?s plastic trays from customers from previous deliveries
  • Notifying the office of any product shortages or of any incomplete deliveries
  • Contacting the office for clarification if there is a question about an assignment

  • Emptying the assigned vehicle on a daily basis, including delivery container and trash

Restaurant ManagerSee Job Description
Reports to: Designated Sun Noodle Executive Team

FLSA Status: Salaried Exempt

SUMMARY
The Manager's main responsibility is to ensure all standards of Ramen Lab is always adhered to. He/she is also responsible of all work that pertains to FOH and administrative with Sun Noodle. He/she will ensure that the physical appearance and services of the restaurant is held to the highest regard.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Upholds the Ramen Lab and Sun Noodle brand quality and exhibits superior hospitality.
  • Understands and executes all procedures and policies in Ramen Lab's steps of service.
  • Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
  • Ensure accurate and smooth restaurant opening and closing each day.
  • Work POS and host duties during service.
  • Reconcile all cash and credit card receipts daily; take cash deposit to bank.
  • Organize and file invoices and other Ramen Lab paperwork to ensure accuracy for corporate accounting.
  • Liaise with vendors and accountants to ensure bills are paid and proper and accurate records are kept.
  • Check dining room for any maintenance issue including light bulbs, cleanliness, paint, outside environment, and furniture and fixture repairs.
  • Ensure daily that all opening and closing side-work is completed; changes any side work that needs to be changed.
  • Taking care of errands for Guest Chefs.
  • Checking and ordering supplies i.e., china/glass and flatware, office, menu printing.
  • Coordinate and ensure all scheduled cleanings, maintenance, and repairs are properly performed.
  • Coordinating with Chef to ensure that menu item availability and beverage list is accurate.
  • Conduct daily pre-meal and go over at least 1 service topic.

  • Regularly required to stand and maintain a sense of urgency for up to 8+ continuous hours.
  • Carry and balance trays to transport product from service areas to guest tables.
  • Climb and descend stairs while carrying food, beverage and service items.
  • Bend, kneel and reach above his/her head.
  • Ability to follow verbal instruction and respond to guest communication quickly and effectively.
  • Must have the ability to see objects clearly at a far distance (20 feet or more) as well to see printed material on computer screen at a close range.
  • Must be able to walk and pass through standard hallway areas and in between tables with agility, without touching walls or guest seating
  • Must be able to life and move tables and chairs to prepare for service
